Attorney Mary Kennedy founded her practice on a simple belief: every person deserves experienced legal guidance and compassionate support during one of life’s most important journeys.

That practice grew from a small law office into a firm serving clients across the United States. Today it has five U.S. offices, more than 600 five-star reviews, and over 100 corporate clients.

The Chennai office closes a circle. Mary is from Chennai, and Mary Kennedy Immigration LLP brings her practice back to the city she started from, so clients in India can begin with the firm that will carry the case through.

Aswin Suren is an advocate practising before the High Court of Madras and the Supreme Court of India.

He has a strong experience in litigation, arbitration and also advises clients on Indian legal matters relevant to cross-border immigration.

He also serves as Secrétaire-Général of the Alliance Française of Madras and is the Founding President of the Indian Society for Universal Dialogue, a Chennai-based public trust.
