Our Services
U.S. Immigration Services, Delivered from Chennai.
Full legal representation for U.S. petitions, and standalone support for consular interviews and documentation. Two ways to work with us, with the same counsel behind both.

Your whole case: strategy, eligibility assessment, petition preparation, filing with U.S. authorities, responses to requests for evidence, and counsel until the decision is in. Our team in India prepares the case, and our U.S. attorneys file it and see it through.
Consular & Document Support
Focused help exactly where most Indian applicants stumble: the interview and the paperwork. Application and document review, consular interview counseling, and refusal analysis. Take it on its own or as part of full representation.
Study in the U.S.
Most students spend months preparing for entrance exams and minutes preparing for the interview that decides whether they go at all. Education agents process applications; we practice law, and the difference shows at the consulate window.
- F-1 Visa Strategy and Preparation. Eligibility review, documentation, and financial-evidence guidance built around your profile rather than a template.
- Consular Interview Counseling. Structured preparation for the F-1 interview: we rehearse the questions that decide the case and how to answer them honestly.
- Refusal Analysis and Reapplication. A 214(b) refusal is not the end. We analyze what went wrong and build the stronger second application.
- Working While You Study. Clear guidance on CPT and OPT, so you stay in status while you gain U.S. experience.
- From F-1 to H-1B. We plan the move from F-1 to H-1B before you graduate, while your options are still open.
For Individuals and Families
Parents visiting, spouses joining, families settling: this is the work our reviews talk about most.
- Family-Based Immigration. Petitions for spouses, parents, children, and siblings of U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
- Fiancé and Spouse Visas. K-1 and marriage-based cases, documented properly the first time.
- Visitor Visas and Interview Prep. B-1/B-2 applications and interview counseling for parents and family visits, including after a prior refusal.
- Dependent Visas. H-4 and L-2 visas for spouses and children joining workers in the U.S.
- Permanent Residence and Citizenship. Employment and family green cards, and naturalization when you are ready for the last step.
For Companies
More than 100 companies use our U.S. practice to move and keep their talent in the United States.
- Employment Visas. H-1B and L-1 petitions for your U.S.-bound employees, prepared in India and filed in the U.S.
- Employer Compliance. I-9 compliance and Department of Labor audit support that keeps your U.S. operation clean.
- Program Support. One contact in Chennai for your HR and global mobility team, from first filings to extensions.
Religious Workers: The R-1 Visa
Pastors, missionaries, worship leaders, and religious workers serve in the United States on the R-1 visa, sponsored by a qualifying U.S. religious organization. The category has specific tests, including two years of membership in the denomination, and it rewards careful documentation. Our practice has a strong record of R-1 approvals with minimal requests for evidence, and we counsel both the worker in India and the sponsoring organization in the U.S. For those called to longer service, the R-1 can lead to permanent residence through the EB-4 category.
- R-1 petition preparation and filing, through our U.S. practice.
- Guidance for U.S. sponsoring organizations on their side of the petition.
- Consular interview preparation for R-1 applicants in India.
- EB-4 permanent residence for religious workers.
